We're excited to share our latest Browse AI platform improvements designed to help you extract, process, and utilize web data more effectively than ever before. As organizations increasingly rely on high-quality data to power their workflows and decision-making, we've focused on enhancing our platform's capacity, security, and reliability.

This Spring 2025 release reflects our commitment to providing robust data infrastructure that organizations can trust as they incorporate AI into their operations.

SOC 2 Type 2 certification: your data security is our priority

We're proud to announce that Browse AI has achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification, a rigorous independent verification that confirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security.

Powerful table improvements for enterprise-scale data

We've significantly upgraded our Tables functionality to handle enterprise-scale data needs:

Support for massive datasets

Our Tables feature now supports exporting datasets of any size, making it scalable for even the most demanding enterprise data extraction requirements. This increase in capacity means you can work with larger datasets without worrying about system limitations.

Enhanced control and performance

  • Column visibility control lets you customize which columns are displayed in tables and selectively include or exclude columns during data export.
  • Improved file naming convention for exports creates clearer, more consistent organization of your exported files.
  • Dramatically improved performance for large table exports, especially for sitemaps and other extensive datasets.
  • Position column added to list tabs to indicate each item's order in the list.

AWS S3 integration for seamless data ingestion

Our AWS S3 integration is now available to all users, creating a seamless connection between Browse.AI and your cloud infrastructure:

  • Direct export to S3 buckets eliminates manual file transfers.
  • Automated uploads of exported files to your specified bucket.
  • Consistent naming conventions for better file management.
  • Option to export one file per record for maximum flexibility in data processing.

This integration is particularly valuable for users building automated data pipelines or working with large datasets that need to be processed by other systems after extraction.

Expanded platform capacity: 10x more power

We've dramatically increased our platform's processing power to handle larger workloads more efficiently:

10x increase in bulk run capacity

We've expanded the limit from 50,000 to 500,000 tasks by uploading a single CSV. This increase means you can process even larger datasets in a single run, making bulk data extraction more efficient than ever.

3x faster processing with increased concurrency

We've increased the default maximum concurrency from 9 to 27 tasks, a 3x improvement that directly translates to faster bulk runs for all users. This means:

  • Dramatically reduced completion times for your large data extraction jobs.
  • More efficient resource utilization when processing large datasets.
  • Quicker insights from your extracted data.

A bulk run that previously took three hours can now potentially complete in just one hour, helping you make decisions and take action more quickly.

Redesigned my robots page: Organization by website

Finding and managing your robots just got easier with our completely redesigned My Robots page. We've introduced a new organization system that groups your robots by website, creating a more intuitive and efficient way to navigate your automation toolkit.

Key benefits:

  • Logical grouping makes it easier to find specific robots at a glance.
  • Better visualization of which websites you're extracting data from.
  • Streamlined management of multiple robots targeting the same domain.
  • Clearer organization as your robot collection grows.

This new interface is especially helpful for users with numerous robots across multiple websites, providing a clearer overview of your automation ecosystem, and making day-to-day management significantly more efficient.

AI-powered robot naming: Smarter defaults, less manual work

Creating and managing robots just got smarter with our new AI-powered robot naming system. When you create a new robot or edit an existing one, our system now analyzes the extraction target and suggests meaningful, descriptive names based on the data collected.

How it helps you:

  • Reduced cognitive load – no more staring at the screen thinking of an appropriate name.
  • Consistent naming conventions across your robot collection.
  • More descriptive names that clearly indicate each robot's purpose.
  • Time savings during the robot creation process.

This seemingly small enhancement adds significant time savings and improved organization, especially as you scale your data extraction operations across multiple websites and data types.

Language and reliability improvements

Multilingual support

We've expanded our language capabilities to better serve global users:

  • Added support for Japanese, Korean, and Chinese characters in robots.
  • Improved character rendering across all aspects of the platform.
  • Better handling of non-Latin scripts in data extraction.

Enhanced robot worker reliability

We've made significant improvements to ensure your robots run more reliably:

  • Improved bot detection avoidance capabilities to increase success rates.
  • Better error handling for "no search results" cases, ensuring tasks are marked correctly as successful when appropriate.
  • Fixed 50+ bugs across the platform to improve stability and performance.

Make.com integration improvements

For users leveraging our Make.com integration, we've fixed several critical issues:

  • Corrected property mappings in the webhook payload for more reliable data transmission.
  • Fixed sample data fetching to make scenario setup easier and more intuitive.
  • Added webhook event property to the module for better workflow control.

Additional platform enhancements

We've implemented several technical improvements to make your experience with Browse.AI even better:

  • Browser technology upgrade to the latest Chrome version, reducing issues with websites with strict browser requirements.
  • Enhanced list detection to make data extraction easier from complex pages.
  • SVG support for proper extraction of previously unsupported icons and images.
  • Improved performance across various aspects of the platform.

What's coming next

We're continuing to enhance Browse AI with features that make data extraction more reliable and efficient.

We're building the next generation of Tables to make it easy to merge datasets from multiple robots, modify data schemas, post-process data with functions and formulas, and perform quality checks on your datasets.

We're developing technology that allows robots to work across multiple pages with similar layouts, so you'll only need to train once for entire domains. This will dramatically reduce the time needed to set up comprehensive data extraction workflows.

Our team is building smarter detection systems to catch failures when content is missing or pages change unexpectedly, making your robots more reliable. This intelligence will ensure your data pipelines continue to function even as websites evolve.

We're enhancing our monitoring capabilities to allow you to track changes in specific columns, so you'll only get alerts about the data points that matter most to you. This precision will help you focus on the most valuable signals in your data.
